Back to Nash

I did it! I finally left Milwaukee and moved back to Nashville last Tuesday. While I am going to miss the laid-back lake weather, obsessively watching hoarders with my mom, and coffee runs with my sister, I was so ready to finally return to Nashville - no matter the conditions. And I did it - I'm here!

I have been so busy here that I am writing this post last minute. I stayed with my boyfriend for three days and started online Zoom classes, overcoming my on-screen social anxiety. We also finally built his bed and got his room together. Then, my roommate and I moved into a temporary little "songwriters" studio until Belmont lets us back on campus (hopefully).

My taste is only 15% back but I still got to enjoy many different car food dates with my boyfriend again, watching the underrated My Teenage Wedding, and off-key singing the Heathers musical with my talented roommate.

Tomorrow, I have to face my first online Zoom sorority chapter while wearing business attire. Then, my first full week of online classes. On Tuesday, I get to be in a music video with my roommate after her show.

I am a Type A, planned, and meticulous person so this entire move to Nashville has been one go-with-the-flow adventure. I am trying to teach myself to be easy-going and stress-free. Anxiety WHO?! I am BACK! I can finally spread my wings and fly ... well unless Belmont sends us home but we will deal with that when it happens.

Right now, I am living in the moment and going with it! Who am I? Sofia 2.0!

Tell me about your own adventure in the comments! Staying home? Moving Back to School? Creating your own journey? We can all be our 2.0 versions this fall.
